Report a safety issue

Use the in-app report controls on rides, comments, and users when something looks unsafe, abusive, spammy, or inappropriate. Reports are reviewed manually during beta. See our Community Guidelines for what we ask of riders.

Account or data deletion

Email support@trailhubapp.com from your Trail Hub account email and include that you want your account or beta data deleted.

Emergencies. Trail Hub support and reports are not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
