Community Guidelines

Trail Hub is for finding people to ride with. Keep it useful, keep it kind, keep it safe.
Use your real name (or the one your riding friends know you by). One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
Be honest about pace, distance, difficulty, and meet-up details. Update the ride if plans change. If you have to cancel, let your joined riders know.
If you joined a ride and can't make it, leave the ride or post in the comments. Repeated no-shows are a fast way to lose trust in a small community.
If the post says intermediate XC, don't expect a shuttle day. If you're new to a trail system or unsure about pace, ask in the comments before the ride.
You're responsible for your own gear, fitness, helmet, and decisions on trail. Hosts coordinate the meet-up; they're not your guide.
Follow local rules — trail status, directional days, e-bike policies, closures. Don't post rides on closed or unauthorized trails.
Ride logistics, trail conditions, gear questions — yes. Harassment, slurs, hate, sexual content, threats, or targeting individuals — no.
Don't use Trail Hub to promote businesses, recruit, run events you're charging for, or harvest other riders' info.
Trail Hub is for riders 18+. Don't share other people's personal info — phone numbers, addresses, employers — without their okay.
Use the in-app report on the ride, comment, or rider. Block anyone you don't want to interact with. For emergencies on trail, call local emergency services first — Trail Hub reports aren't monitored in real time.
You're responsible for you
Riding is inherently risky. You're responsible for your own gear, fitness, decisions on trail, and how you treat other riders — on the app, on rides arranged through it, and anywhere else. Trail Hub is a tool for finding rides; it isn't a guide service, an event organizer, or an insurer. Hosts aren't your guides; other users aren't vetted by us.
What we'll do
We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, as required by app store rules, and we remove content or accounts that violate the law or those rules. Beyond that, any action we take — or don't take — is at our sole discretion. We don't promise to investigate, respond, or treat cases consistently.
What we won't do
We don't moderate behavior in real time, mediate disputes between riders, verify identities, or vouch for anyone on the app. We're not liable for what other users do on the app or off it.
